Telkom line not working for past 3 months

We have been struggling with voice/ data on our residential line for most of 2012. We are now in 2013 and still the service is not available. We are paying every month for something we don't have. I have logged faults. I have spoken to the call centre. Nothing has been done to resolve the matter.
