Please follow up on my previous inquiry as to why I have not yet been refunded after 5 - 10 working days? This is ridiculous and I can't believe that again I have to complain about this... I was promised by your consultants that my account will be refunded with R199 that was wrongfully debited... that was 1st of October... Please get this sorted out ASAP!!!
