Ive noticed over the last week that my airtime has been deceasing without me even using the cellphone. On phoning MTN to enquire if their services have changed, I was told that somehow, without any permission from myself, Mira Networks has been debiting my airtime for a service called Kulavillecom which I have no knowledge of or record or ever giving permission to subscribe. I have asked MTN to send a message to unsubscribe as well as done it myself over the phone and have received 2 sms's to say it has been done but yet STILL more money has been taken off my airtime!!! You guys are opening up yourselves for a case... I want PROOF that I subscribed to this service and ALL my airtime back or I WILL be taking this further!! You people are us with your nonsense and I want no part of it!! If I do not get a response within 24 hours I will be taking this further. Seems Im not the only one to complain about this problem.
