In December 2012 my dad and I went to MTN Kenilworth to have the phone account transferred to my name. After completing the transfer of ownership forms and doing an upgrade I was informed it will only take effect from April. After April it was still in my dad's name and I went back to the store who updated it on their system. In August it still had not been amended so, once again (after speaking to their useless call center) I went back to the store (with all my paperwork - ID, salary slips, bank details, proof of address etc) and they changed the details again - this time I received a confirmation SMS and they said it will take effect in September. This month my dad is STILL getting billed for my account, and miraculously the paperwork is also missing. DOES IT TAKE A ROCKET SCIENTIST TO GET THIS RIGHT? I spoke to the store about 3 weeks ago and they were suppose to get back to me within 48hr. is wrong with MTN, specifically the Kenilworth branch in Cape Town?
