LACK OF 3G/POOR RECEPTION

Hi,

I have called your call centre a couple of times regarding the lack of 3G in my area.
I find this pathetic as I live less than 2Km's away from TWO [2] vodacom towers.
Surely something needs to be done if your towers aren't transmitting reception properly.
I was advised by your agent to purchase a 3G reciever to boost the signal to my property @ my cost.
I find this rather disturbing, as I have seen a TV advert stating your company has the BEST 3G in the country.
I am the owner of 3[Three] Vodacom cellphone contracts & I have just bought a vodacom wireless device only to discover, that it wouldnt work properly with your network. I have owned up to 5 contracts with you over the years.
If this problem isn't resolved then I would consider moving networks as I feel I cannot use your services a 100% & there is no benefit to me if you cannot help...
