WHAT CAN I SAY? I PHONED MTN HEAD OFFICE A WHILE AGO AND THEY SAID I NEED TO SPEAK TO RESHMA IN DURBAN. I HAVE PHONED RESHMA 3 TIMES ONLY TO BE TOLD THAT SHE IS ON A CONFERENCE CALL AND SHE WOULD PHONE ME BACK AS SOON AS SHE IS FINISHED. HOW LONG IS THIS CONFERENCE CALL GOING TO LAST? SO ON MONDAY I PHONED MTN DIRECT AND MANAGED TO SPEAK TO ADEEL. HE SAID HE WOULD PHONE ME BACK IN 15 MINUTES. HE NEVER DID. SO I PHONED ADEEL AGAIN ON THURSDAY AND AGAIN HE SAID HE WOULD PHONE ME BACK IN 5 MINUTES. I AM STILL WAITING!! ALL I CAN SAY IS THAT THIS IS A BREACH OF CONTRACT ON MTN'S SIDE AS I AM STILL PAYING FOR MY CONTRACT THAT IS SUPPOSED TO COME WITH A PHONE IN WHICH MTN HAS FAILED TO PROVIDE ME WITH ONE. I THINK IT IS TIME I SEEK LEGAL ADVICE AS NO ONE AT MTN CAN SORT THIS PROBLEM OUT.
