Failure to cancel service: how do I proceed?

On my previous complaint I received the following response, but I am not sure who I send the EMAIL referred to, to - my account nr is 639900352549. I Understand from HelloPeter that Telkom would have the account nr, my tel nr etc as it forms part of the complaint? :

The response was: "Hello EKC29, Thank you for your posting. We apologize for the inconveniences that you experienced as a result of this. To assist you speedily, please EMAIL the correct account number, Telephone number or the account holder's Identity number.
