Ref number 76966683A, Telkom still missing the plot, previous complaint about Telkom was responded to by Muvo Thusi on the 21st May, i replied to him and since then there has been no feedback. I still have no adsl line and I'm being made to pay for a line rental even though i don't have any use for it. see his response
