Disgusting level of Service

Its been 3 months since I posted a complaint (Tues 2 April 2013 at 14h33) I rec an email with an escalation number ARS 225176 from Tswelopele Nyide and was told I will get feedback... 3 months later still nothing, Today I rec a call from my previous landlords where I rented office space to say that the Telkom equipment is still there and a new tenant is moving in, despite my endless complaints to have my account sorted out a written, signed letter was sent to Irifaan Ismail and Eric Malgas to remove the equipment and cease my account. Clearly this has not happened. I am disappointed and literally off now... I have emails going back to November 2012 requesting Telkom to sort their mess out and 9 months later absolutely nothing has been done, I know that complaining on this site does nothing in Telkoms eyes which has been proven from my last complaint... Its absolutely disgusting, I have sent an email to the Managers at Telkom Head office today to have the equip moved... I will be totally amazed if anything happens...
