I went to the store and Raphael showed me flooring which was on "special" for R130 /m2. On the flooring it was written "out of stock". When I questioned this, I was assured that it was available and again that the flooring was on special for R130/m2 and R40/m installation costs. I asked for a quote. The mother came to my house the next day, an hour late for the appointment, I had to call the office 3 times, then already the man - Ralph was rude on the phone. I also had to phone for the quote, as I did not receive it like I was promised. I spoke to Elmarie at IQP, she said it was mailed, but she would fax it to me. She quoted the price on the phone as R24290. Once I received the quote, I noticed the price was wrong and the installation cost was also different from what I was told in the shop by Raphael. I called Elmarie, and she told me there is any way no stock, and that Raphael and his father discussed the price before sending me the quote, as it was wrong. They never mentioned this to me, just wrote it on the quote and hope that I would not see it. This Ralp is so rude on the phone - clearly not interested in my business, not even tried to rectify the issue!!
