MY HUSBAND VISITED YOUR BRANCH IN OUDTSHOORN ON THE 15th OF OCTOBERIT IS THE 18TH TODAY AND HE STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY ANSWER AS TO WHETHER HIS CONTRACT HAS BEEN APPROVED OR DECLINE??? WHAT DO YOU CALL THIS??? PLEASE HELP ME FOR THIS IS REALLY BAD, BAD, BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE I CANNOT BELIEVE IN THE TRYING TIMES WE LIVE IN AND WITH SO MANY COMPETION MTN CAN STILL AFFORD NOT TO CARE ABOUT THERE CUSTOMERS OR IS IT JUST THAT WE AS THE CUSTOMER ARE JUST NOT IMPORTANT??? BECAUSE OF THE SERVICE DELIVERY WE HAVE TO FACE OUR DAUGHTER EXPLAINING WHY SHE CANNOT HAVE THE TABLET SHE SO DESPERATELY WANTS??? MY HUSBAND BELITTLED HIMSELF EVERYTIME TO CALL THE SHOP???
