I bought a 1gig data bundle 2 days ago and it was charged to my account but not allocated to me. I phoned customer care and they logged the issue to sort out within 24 hrs. This was not done and is still not done 2 days later. This has resulted in me being charged out of bundle rates which is VERY expensive. I have to constantly phone to ask what is happening with the query only to be told that it was logged to the wrong department and now they have to relog the query which is going to take another 24 hours to action. I also just received a message that it can take up to 14 days to sort the issue out. This is very disappointing and in fact ridiculous. I have had the same issue before which was sorted out in a day. I am now still paying out of bundle rates as a result of a process mess up on vodacoms side. Please assist!!
