Airtime not reflecting

On the 25th of December 2012, I did an electronic transfer from my Standard Bank account, for the amount of R315.00. The R315.00 was deducted from my account on the 27th of December 2012, but nothing reflected on my Cell C card. On that same day, I've contacted Cell C's call centre and they requested me to fax thru a copy of my bank statement, reflecting the R315.00, which I did on the 21st of January 2013. Emails are flying around, but still to this day, I haven't been credited with the R315.00 or given the airtime for the amount.
People can give companies bad names and in this case Sebolelo Magana and Megan Megor, are doing just that!!!
