This morning I went to upgrade my cellphone and a very nice lady by the name Ellie assisted me!
I would like to compliment you on having such a fantastic lady working for you. You should be proud to have such a great staff member working there, there is not alot of them.
I was previously there and the service was not very good. I ask about phones and upgrade and the one lady just threw a pamphlet at me and said call me if you decided! Later when I ask her the difference between the two phone she threw the 2 phones in front of me and said that is the difference! That's not great service
But this morning Ellie help me and she was so fantastic and helpful. She explained everything to me step by step. Help me with my account and everything! Now this is the service that I expected and received. WELL DONE ELLIE and thank you very much.
