Good day. I received a phone call on 18 Dec 2012 regarding an upgrade on my cellphone. The lady promised the 2 new phones will be delivered in 7 - 14 working days and my account will be debited with a extra amount. Until today I haven't received any phones and well, my account was well debited with the extra amount. I phoned MTN, they told me Summer Mobile did the upgrade and it was approved. I phoned them - they don't answer, left a message, they don't return your calls. I'm highly upset with this type of service and as this is pathetic.
