My parents live on a farm.
They are without a land line for 3 weeks or longer.
Telkom just says - a fault reff number is generated.
Technicions come and go - but the phone stays out of order.
I phoned TELKOMS complaints number - 011 3337188 and they don't even answer!!!
The affected phone number is: 034 9950242.
Please do something - my mom is paying rent but no service.
Reporting a fault per sms doesn't seem to give you a reff number - so according to TELKOM the line was only reported on the 10th which isn't correct
