POOR SERVICE DELIVERY - TELKOM

On 9th June 2013 I logged a fault on line with Telkom in which I explained my problem. I received an sms with a reference number for my logged fault. I have continuously phoned 10210 to inquire as to the status of the fault with no joy. It is 3 weeks to the day and still I have no service. I have even been in to the Telkom office to see if I could get answers, also unsuccessful. In the three weeks my service has been down I have had a number of emergencies with no land line and no internet and cell phone calls and data are not exactly cheap. I feel if I resided in a more affluent area my problem would have been attended to sooner and not dragged on as it has.
