My son and I were excited to do our upgrades on Saturday in Sunninghill. We had fair service at that branch and received our Sony Experia M cellphones, only to find out that the sim cards in our existing cellphones were not compatible. Sony Experia M required a micro sim card. Sunninghill branch did not have these micro sim cards and they were off line so we tried Woodmead branch on Sunday. Woodmead did not have the micro simcards in store and we were told to try Morningside. It was 12h40 in the afternoon so we rushed to Morningside before they closed at 1pm. Unfortunately, after waiting in the queque I was told that I was not allowed to do a sim swop as I only had my driver's licence & needed my ID. It was a very frustrating morning. I had told sales team we had been trying to get these micro sim cards from 2 other stores but, alas, they were out of stock!! After I went to fetch my son from one of the front rooms in that store where the data transfer takes place as he told me the lady doing the transfer had dropped his new Sony cell on the tiled floor & did not even apologise. Nothile said Sony Experia were strong cellphones and not to worry!
