I have been with Telkom for the past few months and I have not gotten through one of those month's without issues with them.
Firstly they asked me if I could be home on a Friday for them to install the line, I left work after moving my meetings around and said that I would do my deadlines that night seeing as how I would have my line by then. Sadly they did not show up, not as much as a phone call.
Once the line was installed they got my package wrong, I never received my dongle and their service was poor.
I was overcharged, I called them, they told me they would call me back and did not.
I was charged with a reconnection fee as I waited on their call.

Since yesterday I have been sitting without an internet connection.
I tried calling all day from work but couldn't get through.
I got home and wanted to try again only to find out that my line is completely dead.

I wanted to double my line speed but double the speed of nothing is still nothing.

I have received nothing but problems from Telkom and their staff.
There are some gems who work there, but majority are rude and unprofessional.

My overall experience with them has not been a good one to say the least.
