Telkom WIFI major issue

Hi, i applied for a Telkom line to be installed at home with a 1meg line for which i will be paying over R500 per month for. It took Telkom nearly 2 months to come and install the line. i got a call from the technician at 07H40, and by 11am he still wasnt at my place to install. when i called him back, he told me that Telkom doesnt make appointments and that i must just wait at home. he didnt come around at all that day. i work so i have to take time off from work for this, so i find this highly unacceptable and very poor service delivery.
2 weeks later, someone came out to install, they didnt have the router so we couldnt test the line and i was told to go and collect from the Telkom branch in Bayside Centre.
i now have the line on and the speed is non existent. it feels like im using EDGE. i have called into the cal centre on 10210 and of the 5 calls i made, only 1 person logged a fault and 2 of the people dropped my call.
i did the speed test on [URL Removed] and the latency has been anywhere between 500 - 1600ms with download speeds of 0.09kbps.
i will be paying good money for this service i had to struggle to obtain and that is now a glimmer of what i purchased.
