Change to mtn? not worth the effort... trust me

Its so funny how mtn boasts about how great their service is when in actual fact their service! My mother went for an upgrade on the 2nd of October to mtn and she coollected the BlackBerry z10. although a huge smile should be on her face a well deserved frown sits there. the lady that attended to her firstly charged her R500.00 to start with when the deal she took required her to pay roughly R280.00. secondly, the lady that asisted her rushed her in the signing of the contract which im sure is not supposed to happen. thirdly, the writing on the contract is just amazing- you would need a magnifine glass to read that (particullarly page 2) as the writing is almost invisible to the naked eye. the cherry on the top has to be the BIS that was added to the phone (an extra charge) when the newer models of the BlackBerry range do not require BIS but rather work on internet bundles and i am correct in saying that the conctract comes with "R150 worth of bundles" with this in mind why is it that almost R100, 00 in airtime was taken when the contract clearly states that no airtime will be taken unless the amount given by the contract has been exceeded. explain that!
