Awaiting credit note turns to harrasment

I upgrade my cell phone, it was said that should t phone be faulty i can return it within 14 wrking days, which was the case. I said i dnt want to upgrade anymore i want to cancel the entire contract. bt nw they are sending me legal messages and calls, the call center agents says that they are seeing that they have received the phone, they're just waiting for the credit from head office, but honestly how long can it take to get a credit. it is exactly 11 months now that i have returned the phone., they are billing mr for a phone i dont have, when they call with promotions and stuff they quick with good words bt when stuff needs to be done you get transfered to all different departments. They are so incompetent... and they're supposed to be leading network. they dont know what they are doing. vodacom is harassing me. They sending letters and call and sms's which embarrassing. i am so disgusted with the service that i ported my number to cell c. and i was a customer of vodacom since i was in high school. Please help me... so that this can be corrected... imagine how many old fragile people who don't have internet access and who dont know of forums like these they are
