To whom it may concern, i refer to my Cell C data number: 074 215 6391, i bought this on 24 gigs for the year, I lived first in Plattekloof Glen, we checked signal before buying and it said i had perfect signal, getting home... full signal but terrible connection, kept disconnecting. I made a complaint before and nothing was ever done. I moved to Bothasig, Ross Street to be more accurate. I have walked around my whole house and signal is strong, but internet doesn't connect or connects but pages take forever to load. I emailed Cell C, they said i must fill in a form, which i did and emailed back. I was told that someone would get in contact with me, never has happened. I want this sorted out or money returned. My Vodacom cellphone works perfectly. I have tested it on a couple of PC's and laptops, and when I've gone to the Strand to visit friends, works perfectly, so it is not my equipment.
