Good Day this was sent to customer services 3 days ago - no response as yet, FYI an auto response is not a valid response.
In September I called in to cancel by black berry service that I was still charged for in error, I upgrade to an iPhone in February 2013, so the service is of no use to me. I see that the service has been taken off my billing but I have not yet received a credit for 8 months that I have been charged for this service. Will you please follow up and find out why I have not been credited and why this was not done like I originally asked.
