Took out a Month to Month Contract on Saturday the 1st June at Vodacom 4U at Fourways center. Was told by the agent that the contract was open and my Number would be ported back by Monday. However Tuesday and the account is still not open as I have been now told the package I chose is not available anymore. Plus they do not know why they cannot port the number. Seriously how hard can this be.!!! This is a business phone and now stuck in limbo as Vodacom and the staff in the store cannot do their jobs!
