I went to Vodacom shop at Springs on the 30 January 2013 to open a new contract for a top up49 and opened it on my sim card, I was assisted by Balwien Xavier my intension was to get the funeral cover which was for free according to the information. I was shocked by the invoice that came with an amount of R1000.00 I queried it try to cancel it within 14 days went back to the store the guy literally refused to cancel the contract but there was no solution they debited it but I reversed the debit, I called all the department s I did not get help. the new contract was opened without me agreeing to it for a top up 99.i paid to the old account not knowing that I have another account. I did all my best trying to get help sending emails to customercare@ [URL Removed] I had hope for a solution but was shocked by response that I must go back to the store. wrote to hellopeter they responded stating that they will cancel the contract the store manager will call me till to date. the sad part of is that I am blacklisted by Vodacom because of the money that I never owe to them. they are really unprofessional and not caring about the customers. I cannot sleep at night im crying and depressed.
