Very poor service

Mobile arrived after waiting 6 weeks. Not the one I wanted but I guess I will have to keep it otherwise I wait another 6 weeks. I wanted the phone in white after all the manageress told me they got it in white and black when I arrived there I've been told they only got it in black. Then i get told I need to pay in 150 rand for upgrade fee? No one told me this with all the 10 times I've been there. So I had to walk back home try to arrange the money and walk back. Then they wanted a copy of ID and letters to say I can have the phone. I did mail this to them 3 times but now they couldn't find it. This is the most terrible service I got. I wish vodacom would close this down and get some decent to run a branch for them here.
