I logged a complaint about my service plan that was not changed according to my request. Ms. Margo Alexander called me regarding the query and told me that they will waive the migration fee and credit me any amount I went over with since I had logged the request to change to top up and it was not processed. I've received two invoices since I logged the call and NONE OF THEM WERE ADJUSTED ACCORDINGLY. Some lady from accounts called and told me its only going to be 135. I told her that is NOT WHAT MARGO SAID IS GOING TO HAPPEN! She was extremely rude and said she knows her job and she's going to do just that. The employees are unprofessional. I keep on getting distracted at work by these calls because they are NOT RESOLVING MY ISSUE!!!
CAN THIS BE RESOLVED AS PROMISED BECAUSE IT'S NOT MY FAULT THAT VODACOM EMPLOYEES HATE THEIR JOBS SO MUCH THEY FAIL TO COMPLETE SIMPLE TASKS WITHOUT CAUSING UNNECESSARY DRAMA. IT WAS YOUR CONSULTANT'S BAD ATTITUDE IN THE FIRST PLACE THAT CREATED THIS MESS. YOU WILL CREDIT BACK THE AMOUNTS AS PROMISED PROMPTLY AND SORT OUT THIS MESS ONCE FOR ALL. All the calls I made are recorded, train your consultants to speak to clients with respect.
