Cellphone claim still pending for 4 weeks

I phoned in on the 5 Jan to claim from my cellphone insurance. This seems like it cant be resolved. I am still waiting for this to be resolved and everytime i have to call and find out how far the claim is. I can never get hold of the person repsonsible of my claim.

I was contacted and told that my phone will be taken for repairs and i was a work and couldnt take my information from the phone. I dont even have a phone ryt now and i am being given a run around with this thing. I was also promised that i would be contacted today for the repairs people to briong my phone and nothing. Do i really have to call a million times for this claim to be finalised, and not even get repsonses to my e-mails?

This morning i get an SMS that says: Dial direct trust that u r satified with the reoairs or replacement of my phone. What phone are you taloking about because this is not even resolved? I am really angry about this whole thing and need management to call me ASAP. I want my phone back and this claim finalised
