Since my last report to hellopeter a week ago a consultant phone me and assured me my claim will be finalised last week. The so called assessor came out on the 10 of November and to date dial direct are still waiting for his report, this I found out today after 3 phone calls to various dal direct consultants. They passing the buck because the one who was working with my claim was replaced with another who was absent today and the one who was suppose to phone me back before 5 o clock certainly left early...
