I have now been sent up and down every possible avenue by the Cell C customer care staff. I never had so much problems since a upgrade on a contract. Last week after various queries I was transferred to a TEAM LEADER after I said I will close my account and go to another ISP, The lady sounded concerned about my request and said she will make sure we get a solution for my problem. She made arrangement to phone me later to get the SIM number for further investigation and get the R1540 refunded to my account. I never received a call, so I decided to mail the address provided, I also never received the refund as stated.. No response from the mail or the Cell number on the mail I have received. I phoned today the Cell C office and got transferred, but never spoke to Busisiwe Sihlali as requested. The phone just got cutoff. Was that accidental?
