Not impressed with Homefix Insurance

I have Homefix insurance.
I have a drain I need to have unblocked. I phoned Edgars customer care. I got given a number to dial, which did not exist. I phoned Edgars customer care back. They then gave me a different number. Eventually I got through to the new number, just to be given another number to dial. I dialed the number, got through to a consultant, just to be told that if I want to put a claim in using Homefix insurance, I have to go into a store to submit the claim.
Seriously! In this day and age with the technology and communication systems, I have to go into a store to complete a form and have a faxed to whoever it then needed to be faxed to, just to put a claim in to have a drain unblocked!
