Ridiculously long time taken to answer the call

I phoned the customer care line this morning at around 10h20 to enquire about about my phone that was taken in for repairs. After for what seemed like a lifetime (10h40) someone answered my call (identified himself as SK). I explained to him what I was phoning about and he asked me for my account number to which I asked what account number. He asked for me which insurance and I told him the insurance name and he replied by saying I have phoned the wrong department and he'll put me through to the right dept. I waited for some time before any one could answer the call.
