I called Alexander Forbes insurance to get a quote on vehicle and house insurance, (Happy the call center agent) said he will call me back in 20 min.
3 hours later he calls back and doesn't know how to assist me so i ask for the Pretoria branch number and he gets all angry. getting angry at a customer??? extremely bad! If i stripped my m#@r for a customer i would be fired!!!
So i manage to get the Pretoria branch number and guess what, I get transferred to 9 different people asking me the same questions all I want is F#&@ng insurance is that to much to ask???
Don't you need business, as far as I know times are tough but obviously not for you, looks like you guys don't need extra customers, maybe you have to many customer???
