I tried to call in a claim for my mother in law this morning. Would you believe, they have people there to SELL you an insurance policy, but should I need to CLAIM, I "will have to call back on Monday".
Tell me Standard Bank, how can you sell a policy that you cannot deliver?
I then tried to call a different number, 0860 123 222, (Vehicle Insurance SERVICE), and I get told at 9:15, that office hours are 8:30 - 11:30, and I have called outside that time, and hangs up.
I will do everything in my power to get my mom in law to ditch you for my insurance company, who are always available, and take claims on ANY day of the week.
