I called to cancel my laptop contract as it was due to expire and I just could not afford it anymore. Got through to Moses Hlathi, and what a guy!
He was efficient, professional, friendly and was willing to go the extra mile for me. Working in a call centre myself I am very thorough when it comes to customer service, and this guy just proved to me that Vodacom is still the best network service provider in the country!
