Poor service and business Practice

I Was looking to buy a Samsung Note 10.1 Tablet 32GB. On the internet I found the online store CA Cellular Holdings. [URL Removed] I Called them to find out if they had the specific device in stock. The consultant assured me that they indeed did have the device in stock and directed me to their Altech Autopage Shop in Sandton City.
I traveled there and upon arrival asked to buy the device. The Sales rep (W.DAWIDS) then went to the store room and after a long while returned to help another customer. I then asked him what the hold up was about and he told me that they did indeed not have the device in stock but said he spoke to his manager and made me another deal. He said he will sell me the 16GB device with a 32GB memory card instead. I took the deal as it was urgent and i was not able to come to the shop again as I live in Pretoria. on arriving home i put the SD card in the device and discovered that there was already files stored on it, it didn't want to format either and the I am unable to use the SD card. It is evident that the SD card has been used before and of a very low quality.
