Finrite is refusing to pay a claim

I have had insurance with Finrite for 2 years. For these 2 years I have paid the premium for a 32GB phone. In October 2012 the phone was replaced by Finrite with a 32GB phone. Unfortunately someone in the call centre updated the system that I had a 16GB phone. For two months I was charged a lower premium but this was corrected in January 2013.

I have never owned a 16GB phone.

Last month I logged a claim with Finrite - they have been arguing with me for a month about the 16GB/32GB issue even though I have never had a 16GB phone and they have now acknowledged that. They replaced the oroginal 32GB with another 32GB - it is them who made the mistake on the system.

They do not want to pay the claim - I have given them all the documentaiton they require. My next steo is to go the the police for as they are not a legitimate insurance company
