I applied for debt review in terms of section 86. all my debit orders on all my accounts had to be cancelled with immediate effect, but Absa who ever is responsible for this section is not doing their job. I've tried to phone head office phone not working i tried the Dept repair line to no ones surprise doest work then i got another number again from Boksburg witch just rings. one question as a customer ABSA provides a service but is it to certain people only because as sure as i'm sitting here i didn't get service or help when i asked.
