I was retrenched end of 2012 because I had account protection on my account I called head office and asked what process needed to be followed I was adviced to send in all of the relevent documentation and I did that now I am being told that they would get back to. I sent my documentation in January and its now April I have been handed over to collections for non payment yet I follwed there procedures I am trying to find a job yet when they do credit checks I come up as a bad payer yet I am trying to get this sorted by putting my claimin so what do I do jow sit with no job cause of there up?
