Good Day, I've requested info regarding an upgrade twice now in the last three weeks. ELite Mobile contacted me informing me that I'm due for an upgrade, which I already knew seeing that Vodacom already send me an quote that I was not interested in and asked them to cancel. Elite Mobile suggested a nice package that I actually was interested in and that suited me better. Elite Mobile then phoned me back, telling me that I've already upgraded somewhere else, which I didn't seeing that I wasn't interested in the quote Vodacom send me. I've send multiple e-mails asking Vodacom what was going on, informing them that I was interested in that specific package and even at one stage asking them to work out what the settlement of my contract would be so I can cancel my contract and sign up with someone else.
Up to date I still haven't received any feedback. So much for being a platinum client.
