Network issue "on going"

Please stop writing "we apologies for any inconvenience" and do something about your network and service. Cellc never attended to my previous complaint so why am I writing a new one? 1.) Signal would show FULL, (3G, or any for that matter) but can't receive messages, whatsapp's, or email. The person that is trying to get hold of me actually phones me on my office phone to see whether I received the message or not... And then I reply "No what message? "
2.) We have a smoking area outside our building, and we cannot use our phones for searching the web use facebook or sending messages in that area... Again signal would show FULL but nothing happens. All other people standing there using Voda or MTN doesn't have a problem, only the Cell C guys.
3.) My mother would phone me 10 times from her landline and not get through to me, then I receive a message from Cell C to indicate I have voicemail.10 x messages from my Mom saying that my phone is OFF, but it is ON with FULL signal..Even clients complain!!
4.) I had to phone a 0860 number "ATM took my card" and guess what, you can't phone 0860 no: from the Cell C network!!! Just for that reason I lost R5000.00 due to whereby I could
