Account still not active

This useless company has once again messed up my bank account and the service they were supposed to have activated. but till date they have not done a single thing not even a simple response a call back to respond back to me.
How can such a huge company be so incompetent, how have you managed to last this long!?!?!?!?!?!
the call centre agents are just as useless they call you back with irrelevant info. and cant address the issue at hand. i have asked to speak to a competent capable agent to date am still waiting...
i urge you to be competent in you jobs and services...
