I Started out not that upset just calling the call centre for info on my delivery. now I am highly irate as I have had to call your call centre 8 times, spoken to 8 different people. asked to speak to managers and then my call will get cut after about 10 minutes. Manage to speak to a manager but she was supposed to call me back an hour and a half ago. I have spent over R100 airtime just trying to get a simple answer. Where is the package I ordered online??? is that so hard? I got billed on my edgars account the same day I placed my order and yet still nothing??? I expect your company to make it up to me in some form or another as this is not customer service I expect. if I don't get called by 2pm today I will close my account and I will never buy from you ever again. I will also tell everyone on social networks that your company service policy is useless. you are a disgrace to the good name of the Edcon group.
