USELESS CONSULTANTS & POOR SERVICE!!!

The consultants working at this company are just really useless. I paid up my Truworths account on 15.11.2013, I've been waiting for my confirmation letter since then. I received an e-mail from a Leigh Dhalmini informing me the account will be closed & I will receive this letter. Till this very day I've received nothing. I e-mailed her but no response. I called that lame call centre numerous times asking to speak to this lady as I haven't received anything yet but the consultants always tell me she's unavailable & they attempt to assist you telling you stupid excuses every time. It was fun for them when they harassed me for payment but now that I've paid up they can't do their jobs anymore. I have to be the one to do the constant calling, they don't even have the decency to inform me what's going on. I don't even want to talk about the attitude these consultants give you when you call, so unprofessional. They must stop stalling this whole process. It really makes them look useless & incompetent. I want my account to be closed & receive my confirmation letter. I've waited long enough now. I'm tired of their excuses. These people must really start doing their jobs PROPERLY!!
