NON-EXISTANT CUSTOMER SERVICE

Our phones were disconnected for paying the account late - I have 4 numbers on my account. 3 were all switched back on except for one - 076 730 4199. This occurred on 30 May 2013. The account was paid on 31 May - this number has yet to be activated. I have spoken to numerous people at Autopage and even Aldrin - a supervisor - who never even had the decency or the manners to follow up and see if the number worked. I have spoken to Jay at Autopage William Nicol store - Aldrin does not even reply to his emails or messages. What does that say about the relationship between the staff at this useless company? Full marks to Jay for doing everything he can to help me. I was given a new SIM card last week and told to wait ANOTHER 2-24 hours for activation - I am still waiting. It says "NO SERVICE". NOBODY AT THIS USELESS COMPANY CAN HELP ME - ONE CANNOT EVEN GET TO SPEAK TO THE MD - MAYBE BECAUSE HE HIMSELF KNOWS HOW UTTERLY USELESS HIS STAFF ARE?! What I want is - a NEW telephone number and a new contract and a cellphone that works - NOW!
