Hi, i applied for Mobi Moola loan, they said it would take 72 hours to receive the loan and monthly subsciption is R59.00, i didnt receive the loan as requested but they keep on debiting my account with R249 and R99, i phoned in July/August informing them about this they said i must fax them my Bank statement and they will refund me, nothing has been refunded and they keep on Debiting my account, i tried phoning them no answer, i have instructed the company that does their debit order on their behalf to stop debiting my account, I want my refund from Mobi Moola plus the Bank charges my bank has been charging me, R348 is a lot of money to take from someone every month.
