I visited Vodacom in Bloemfontein on 15/10/2013 to have BIS installed/activated on my pre-paid cell phone and only to find out that I do not have a pre-paid phone any more, but that my phone is now on "contract" with RMCS. I do not posses an account with Edgars or Jet stores nor did I sign any documents/ contracts with anybody to have my pre-paid cell phone changed. The credit manager at Edgars in Bloemfontein contacted RMCS and spoke to a" Delani" who promised to have this investigated and I would be contacted. Needless to say that "Delani" nor anybody else has yet been in contact with me.
This "service" and attitude is totally unacceptable and I would like you to urgently change my cell phone number back to a pre-paid phone with Vodacom.
