Hi, my name is B from the Western Cape, i've recieved an sms from Mobi Moola stating that i can signed up for a payday loan and was explained that the service will cost a once of fee of R249 and that i can get a loan for R250 as for fist time lenders can only get R250 as the service will be deducted on the 24 August, since that day (29 July 2013) i havent received a cent in regards to the loan of R250, my bank account was deducted on the 24 August with the amount of R249 plus another R99 which was not explained, then on Monday, 26 August 2013 another deduction was made on my bank account by Mobi Moola for an amount of R349 plus another R99, seeing that i was angry about this i phoned the call centre again to explain to them what happened and was told to send a bank statement indicating this double deduction, that was on Tuesday 27 August 2013, i even phoned in every day to get updates but with no luck, i even made use of their complaints department of the situation but with no luck, I've cancelled the whole thing, but the looks of it they dont want to pay my money back. I even requested R500 loan on last week Monday, but was told it was granted but will have to wait 48 hours before pay out.nothin
