Debit orders processed without consent

I have received a call from Mobi Moola at the beginning of September 2013. The call centre agent spoke to me about taking a loan from Mobi Moola and payments will be made in monthly instalments. I did not agree to taking any form of loan and I mentioned to the call centre agent that if I really need the money, I will get in touch.

I noticed that on my bank account statement, there are three debit orders and they are as follows:
- 06/09/2013 - R249 (66489872MOBIMO130906)
- 30/09/2013 - R249 (67624809REGFEE130930)
- 30/09/2013 - R99 (67756353MNTHLY130930)

These debit orders should not have gone through because I have not agreed to taking the loan from Mobi Moola.

Mobimoola, please attend to this issue ASAP.
